Returns And Refunds

RETURNS

Unhappy with your purchase :-

You have 7 days from receiving your order to return your purchase if you are not happy with it. Your purchase must still be in its original packaging and unused. You will be liable for the courier fees and a 20% restocking fee. 

Received your purchase defective or non-functional :-

If you receive an items and it is damaged, has a factory fault or does not work - please inform us immediately on sales@clickwear.co.za. And we will organise a replacement. You will not be liable for the courier fees.

Product guarantee :-

We have a 30 day product guarantee on all items we sell. So if your purchase stops working within 30 days, we will exchange it. This does not cover unusual wear and tear, incorrect use of the item or if you damage an item. 

If the battery stops working within the 30 days, we encourage you to have it replaced yourself. We will refund you via EFT for the cost of this (to no more than R80), once you have sent us the receipt to replace the battery. Or we will give you a discount to double the value of the battery replacement off your next purchase.

No claims will be entertained after 30 days from receipt

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@clickwear.co.za.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@clickwear.co.za and send your item to: 145 Tecoma Street, Wonderboom x3, Pretoria, GT, 0182, South Africa.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 145 Tecoma Street, Wonderboom x3, Pretoria, GT, 0182, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
